By booking and paying for a RadsReady service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions

Our Services

RadsReady provides independent coaching and application support services, including:

• Personal statement reviews

• Application support

• 1-to-1 interview coaching

• Mock interview preparation

• Career and progression guidance

The exact service you purchase will be described on the relevant service page at the time of booking.

RadsReady provides guidance, feedback and coaching. We do not guarantee employment, university admission, interview success, promotion or any other specific outcome.

Bookings and Payment

All bookings are made through the RadsReady website using Wix Bookings.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed through Wix Payments.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you receive booking confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making your booking.

RadsReady reserves the right to change service prices. Any price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for.

Personal Statement Reviews

Where you purchase a personal statement review, you are responsible for providing the document and any relevant information required for the review.

RadsReady may provide feedback on areas such as:

• Structure

• Content

• Clarity

• Relevance

• Written communication

• Presentation

• Alignment with the intended application

RadsReady provides feedback and recommendations rather than submitting an application on your behalf.

You remain responsible for the final content and submission of your personal statement or application.

​

1-to-1 Interview Coaching

1-to-1 coaching sessions are designed to help you prepare for interviews and improve your interview technique.

Sessions may include:

• Mock interview questions

• Feedback on answers

• Answer structure

• Interview technique

• Communication skills

• Competency-based questions

• Role-specific preparation

The content of the session may be adapted to your individual requirements.

Coaching is provided for preparation purposes and does not guarantee a successful interview or job offer.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Attending your booked session on time

• Providing any required documents in sufficient time

• Ensuring that information you provide is your own or that you have permission to use it

• Checking the final version of any application before submission

RadsReady must not be used to create false qualifications, experience or information for an application.

​

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations and requests to change appointment dates or times are subject to the RadsReady Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

​

The applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms will be those stated in that policy at the time of booking.

​

Please review the policy before purchasing a service.

Refunds

Refund eligibility will depend on the service purchased, whether the service has already been provided and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Where a refund is available, it will normally be made using the original payment method

​

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory consumer rights you may have.

No Guarantee of Results

RadsReady cannot guarantee a particular outcome from its services.

This includes:

• Obtaining an interview

• Passing an interview

• Receiving a job offer

• University admission

• Securing a particular salary

• Promotion

• Career progression

Final decisions are made by the relevant employer, university or organisation.

Intellectual Property

All RadsReady website content, coaching materials, templates, frameworks and resources remain the property of RadsReady unless otherwise stated.

Materials provided as part of a service are for your personal use only.

You must not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially reuse RadsReady materials without written permission.

Your own personal statements, CVs and application documents remain your property.

​

Liability

RadsReady will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.

​

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful.

​

RadsReady is not responsible for decisions made by employers, universities or other organisations, or for outcomes resulting from your own use of the advice or feedback provided.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
