Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment: All interview preparation sessions must be booked in advance and payment must be received before the session takes place. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your session, please provide a minimum 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the business. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered non-refundable due to the preparation time and session time being reserved specifically for you. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative appointment time based on availability. Sessions may only be rescheduled once. Further changes will require a new booking and payment. Late Arrivals: Please ensure you are ready at the agreed session start time. If you arrive late, the session may still finish at the originally scheduled end time to avoid impacting other appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session will be considered cancelled and the full fee will be forfeited. Session Preparation: To maximise the benefit of your session, you will be asked to provide relevant information in advance within the booking, such as the Job description, Personal specification, personal statement and interview details (Which trust and position) Confidentiality: All discussions, documents, and personal information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Disclaimer: Interview preparation sessions are designed to provide coaching, guidance, and feedback based on professional experience. The service is independent and is not affiliated with any NHS Trust, university, employer, or recruitment organisation. Participation does not guarantee success in an interview or application process. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
